This weekend is packed with events celebrating Fresno’s creative community! One such event is the 2nd Annual Fresno Mini Maker Faire taking place at the Fresno Art Museum. this Saturday, 10AM-6PM.

According to the Fresno Mini Maker Faire’s Web site, this event is “a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker Movement. It’s a place where people show what they are making, and share what they are learning.”  There will be about 100 different vendors present: from robot-builders to costume-makers.

The Fresno City Council declared April to be Maker Month in Fresno. Fresno is the first city in the world to so! You can attend more events to see what our city’s innovators are made of. Follow Fresno Maker Month for more information on these events.
