Fresno Weekend Events List: April 24-26, 2015
For this weekend’s list of events, I am highlighting a business that was my first introduction to downtown Fresno: Yoshi NOW! And what an introduction it was!
Yoshi NOW! is an eclectic vintage store located in the South Stadium District of downtown Fresno. They are celebrating their 10th year in business by hosting a huge fleamarket. I wrote an article about the people behind the business, when I started That Fresno Blog. You can read the article, here.
Continue your day in the district. A couple blocks away, Tioga Sequoia Brewery will host food trucks and live music, and the Fresno Grizzlies will be playing against Reno at the Chukchansi Park.

This weekend marks the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. Fresno celebrated, Thursday, by renaming a Downtown street, Armenia, and with the unveiling of the Armenian Genocide monument at Fresno State. This weekend will continue these events commemorating a piece of history that is important to Fresno.
